Ian Rowe

Ian is a Tax Director with 30 years experience with PwC and is a co-author of Thomson Reuters publication New Zealand Guide to Trusts (tax related chapters)  and provides advice on a range of tax issues affecting family trusts and their beneficiaries.

Keegan Toft

Keegan is a corporate / commercial Director at PwC Legal, who works closely with PwC’s Tax and Private Business teams to provide commercially focussed solutions. He advises on a wide range of legal issues including M&A, capital raisings, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, corporate governance, employee share schemes, trusts, corporate reorganisations, and commercial contracts.
