Target Audience

This course provides essential content for advisors, finance professionals, accountants, lawyers and anyone with an interest in tax.

The course includes practical issues and scenarios that previous attendees have requested. An extensive question and answer booklet is available for download at the end of each session which includes PwC’s view on the scenarios covered and information for you to refer back to.

Our webinar session is a quick and efficient way to get up to speed on recent tax developments. Our live webinars are recorded so that if you cannot tune in for the live session you are able to view the session at a time that suits you.

In an effort to be environmentally conscious, this year our Facts on Tax answer booklets have been replaced with a print compatible electronic format for all attendees. This electronic format allows you to get the most up to date versions of the questions and answers in a way that is easily accessible and convenient.

Chris Leatham

Chris leads our Financial Advisory Services practice in Wellington. He provides practical business, structuring and tax advice to privately owned businesses. He is a recognised expert in the property industry. A keen runner and tennis player, Chris makes up for his lack of talent with a lot of effort and is currently trying to break 1 hour 30 for a half marathon. He is frustrated by his personal best of 1.30.07!

Ross Nelson

Ross is a Partner in our Financial Advisory Services practice in Wellington. He has a background in tax and works primarily with privately owned businesses from startups through to mature enterprises. When he gets the chance you are most likely to find him on Wellington’s south coast running, diving or attempting to wear out his two young boys. He also enjoys watching married at first sight, but not as much as Chris.

Teresa Kenny

Teresa is a Director in our Auckland Office. She has a background in corporate taxation and now focusses on working with privately owned businesses and individuals. TK specialises in property and land tax and structuring. TK is a dedicated cricket fan but in the off season she likes to travel and catch up with family and friends.

Louis McLennan

Louis works with a wide range of New Zealand privately owned businesses across different sectors and at various stages of the business life cycle. With over 12 years experience working as a tax adviser in New Zealand and abroad, Louis’ specialist areas include private businesses of scale, fast growth clients, family offices with passive wealth and the financial services, property and technology sectors. Louis is a keen musician having played guitar all his life and having recently taken up the banjo (to his wife’s horror!).
