Richard is a Partner in our Corporate Finance practice with 23 years’ advisory experience specialising in merger and acquisition transactions, valuations, commercial, strategy and business case advisory roles, financial modelling and business restructuring. Richard has managed a number of significant lead advisory mandates.

 

Owen Gibson

 Owen is a Partner in our Private Business team who specialises in working with private businesses,  including providing financial, tax, strategy and growth advice, and assistance in the acquisition or sale of their businesses. Owen has assisted in the sale of a number of private businesses, including  MBOs of a number of recruitment and professional services firms.
